Landscape Architecture, Inc. was founded in 2003 with the goal of providing full-sevice design consultation with a flexible, yet professional approach. We understand the personal nature of design and strive to bring our energy and confidence into every project.

Site Planning – Involves the inventory and analysis of existing conditions, the formulation of conceptual layout plans based on client and code requirements and finally the production of construction documents for bidding and construction. We work with geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, surveyors, wetland ecologists, architects and municipal agencies to develop site plans that achieve the development goals with limited impact on the site and surrounding ecosystems.

Landscape Architecture – LAI can provide landscape architectural design services to suit the needs of most any project. Our design approach takes into consideration the needs of both the client and users, as well as site opportunities. We work with our clients to develop a reasonable and practical budget for their project and are always looking for innovative routes to a solution. Our fee is based upon the scope of the project and is negotiated in either a lump sum not-to-exceed format or on an hourly rate basis.
